Emma Northmore is a force of nature!  Her wealth of knowledge, care and input into your child will help them improve exponentially.  Emma has eagle eyes and can help diagnose any issues, but the best part of it is that she can see how to fix them too and will give you a magical recipe.  Emma cares about every child and she is determined to get the best result possible for all her pupils, she always goes above and beyond!  The advice doesn't stop in the studio - she knows everything about ballet from "eliminating those painful sores in between your toes" to "making those difficult decisions about which career path they should take." She wants your child to succeed and the road doesn't seem so daunting when you have her advice!

My daughter joined ABA just over a year ago and we quickly realised what a special program it is. It offers the opportunity to benefit from teachers with vast experience of teaching in top vocational schools whilst remaining in traditional academic school. We love the flexibility to move sessions around to suit our needs and to add sessions when we can. Classes are demanding but with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals. We’d highly recommend the program to anyone looking for vocational level training.

Enma has been present throughout my daughter’s journey, helping her into her dream upper school and offering guidance and advice into her professional career, being an insightful and non biased mentor and still is! The combination of ABA in the week and contemporary and ballet at the weekend through Dance Enhance and Ballet Boost offers a proper vocational training which we can fit around normal schooling. I cannot recommend Emma Northmore and her team more. My daughter attended Ballet Boost and The Academy of Balletic Arts for a number of years. She also benefitted from DancEnhance and Emma's coaching when recovering from injury and also when prepping for auditions - Emma's 121's were the thing that kept her calm and kept her goal within reach. Emma and her team look at each dancer as an individual and work to improve any weaknesses and showcase their strengths, whilst all the time actually caring for the person, not just seeing a dancer. I have no doubt my daughter would not be the dancer she is today if we hadn't found Emma.

Emma really cares about all her students. In fact, she cares so much about the whole UK ballet community that she works tirelessly to find ways to improve it. My daughter attended a handful of brilliantly run holiday intensive programs and workshops run by Emma Northmore and seeing what a high standard they were and how inspired and encouraged she felt after, I was keen to sign up for more. We now see Emma weekly for coaching and to attend ABA and Dance Enhance. Emma has been so incredibly kind and nurturing to my daughter and she has improved so much in such a short time.
