Carefully planned classes taught by Emma Northmore, with vocational/pre-vocational students in mind, so they can approach the next school year without injury after the extended break.

It’s vital that this point in the year is staggered and built correctly and we ensure each dancer will feel ready and brimming with confidence.

An essential course for anyone wishing to return to full fitness after the summer holidays. The course will include carefully designed ballet classes with seniors taught by Emma Northmore and Mids taught by Emma Harris.

Back to Ballet is a three-day course of carefully crafted classes designed to safely return students to the studio ready for the new school year. After the Summer break, a graded transition back to ballet is essential in order to prevent the risk of injuries.

Classes will be held at the beautiful Pineapple Dance Studios.

Senior classes are delivered by Emma Northmore personally and consist of a 2hr class ensuring all technical and artitsic elements are rediscovered after their summer break to a full company/vocational standard.

Their minds and bodies will be prepped for the year ahead!

All dancers will make a great impression as they return to their full time, ptrivate or pre vocational training with all the skills they need.

There will be a ten minuite break and then their final 50 minutes will be a focus on technical aspects, pointe work and virtuosity.

This course is usually very well attended by vocational dancers so grab your spot as soon as possible!

Ages go up to 18/19 and only very strong 13/14 year olds can be in this group - please enquire by email re levelling to courses@balletboost.com

Mids, aged ten to 12/13, will receive key floor strengthening exercises before engaging in a technically focussed class that gives them a head start to their next year of training. So wether vocational or pre vocational this course will prepare them with the perfect mindset and classical understanding to get the school year off to a fantastic start.

These classes are focussed towards the vocational dancer wanting to make a great impression as they begin their year ahead!
